Built 1950 to a design by the little-known architect Albert Richards: an unusual Second Bay Tradition house for the Sunset District, and a hybrid with Midcentury Modern. Apart from replacement windows it retains high integrity.

Reroofing - remove existing 2 layers built up asphalt and ply sheets. overlay lower front entry roof. install and mechanically attach class a base sheet. install tpo system over all roof surfaces.
