The Oceanside context statement calls this building demolished in its text and, in the footnote to the same sentence, says it was converted to apartments and doubled in size before 1929 and still stands. The report does not reconcile the two. Not yet documented: the architect and builder, the early residents and the date of the last recorded sale. Submit an update
