   Built as the Hotel Hacienda, mid-priced hotel with 77 rooms and 56 baths, to the design of the architect Charles Peter Weeks. Five storeys over a basement, reinforced concrete structure, two-part vertical composition, Renaissance/Baroque ornamentation.
