Install 4 vinyl windows in kind into existing frames. no change in size/location. windows do not face street. if applicable, bedroom windows will comply with section 310.4 for rescue. all windows will be double pane and have a u-factor of 0.30.

Water damage, repair to playroom, storage and stairs at basement, replace drywall cutout by mitigation service.

Remodel 2 bathrooms, demolition existing, insulate, sheetrock, install new fixtures, vanities, etc. no walls removed. lighting shall be comply with t-24. compliance with ordinance #155-13 not required.

Refer to 201401216728; rear of building not visible to the street; additional permit to correct dry rot to 2nd floor north bathroom. remove stucco, sheathing and damaged framing as needed to existing walls and roofing. install new roofing approx area 8'x14"; comp with ord 155-13 not required.

Kitchen and pantry remodel, remove interior wall at kitchen and provide new beam add washer & dryer to closet at 2nd fl. hallway, add a rear yard deck at the 1st fl.

Rev to permit application 202211176726, to remove proposed rear deck from scope of work; revise new washer/dryer to only add doors at 2nd floor hallway closet.' & revise scope to add 'repair in-kind areas due to water damage fron 2nd floor bathrm flooding; rr existing drywal.

Water remediation to be performed in family room, removal and replacement in kind of no structural stud walls, replace drywall, and re-install electrical trical outlets and lighting in existing locations.
