Errcs upgrade - revision to permit application 2015-0123-6565-s8 1. reprogram frequencies per ccsf dt 2. replace rooftop yagi antenna 3. re-test errcs per ab #2.04 2019 4. coordinate inspections with ccsf dt & sffd.

Four units: return like for like drywall and paint. approx. 300 sq ft drywall. no structural work.

One unit install 5/8 drywall at kitchen ceiling entry only. install 3 kitchen cabinets only. to comply with nov: 202315969.

One unit: to comply with nov# 202423309 items # 3 and nov# 202426124: installing drywall, joint compound, texture and paint. install lvp flooring, installing baseboard and trim.

One unit to satisfy nov 202430796.: replace approximately 1, 500 sq ft of drywall. install 48 sq ft of kitchen cabinets with new countertop, no plumbing alterations. following existing layout. remove & replace existing exhaust fan hall bath. replace approximately 800 sq ft of drywall in common hall areas.

Install 48 sq ft of kitchen cabinets with new countertop in #313, no plumbing alterations, follwoing existing layout. replace approximately 800 sq ft of drywall in #313 and approximately 250 sq ft in #1101, satisfying nov 202430796 #1, #2 to 202502039561 revision.

One unit: repair drywall in like for like condition, tape, texture to match existing walls, prime & paint to match, drywall was previously removed by others, tricorp group is patching drywall back, drywall is approximately 200 sq ft (comply with nov 202423309 #3 replace drywall).

5th floor hallway: repairs to damaged drywall. to clera nov #202426124 only.

Replace bidirectional amplifier in existing errcs system. ref 201501236563.
