Reroofing.

Remove existing interior partitions, doors, millwork, mezzanine and stair. install new partitions and doors for plant nursery. maher na.

Provide electrical service upgrade. installation of a new outdoor rated main switchboard and pg&e transformer pad at the southwest end of the building.

Revision to permit application 201612144986. remove existing interior partitions. remove existing concrete stair-on-grade & replace with new metal stair. add walls and doors. add new lighting. add new mechanical system, new electrical outlets and lighting. new liquid co2 storage and distribution system.
