India Basin Survey (adopted 2008)

A one-story-over-garage hipped-roof dwelling in rustic channel siding, which the survey reads as part of a row with 1086 and 1092 Innes Avenue. The survey's record for 1064 Innes Avenue attributes five dwellings on the north side of the 1000 block — 1064, 1068, 1080, 1086 and 1092 — to the speculative builder George M. Moore, who bought the lots in March 1938 shortly after the block was graded from Hawes Street to Ingalls Street. The survey recorded every building in its area built in or before 1962 on a Primary Record, and evaluated the pre-1939 ones on Building, Structure and Object Records; a Primary Record carries no status code and no eligibility finding.
