Replace dry rot framing at front existing stairs and existing guardrails. new deck and new stairs at rear, remove existing stairs at rear and replace dry rot framing.

Kitchen- replace existing cabinets, paint & patch walls, reinstall existing sink & upgrade existing electrical, bathroom, replace existing tile floors paint and patch walls reinstall existing sink, no lighting and duct work.

This is a small kitchen (146 sq ft) fire repiar job with no structural issues. we will be replacing cabinets, cleaning and painting walls, rplaceing inulation over kitchen, new carpet. no alteration of wall.
