    The 25 by 100-foot M-1 lot about 175 feet west of Third Street held a two-storey wood-frame building with offices upstairs and warehouse space on the ground floor, and a quonset hut at the rear that had been used as a machine shop. The City Planning Commission found the City's purchase of the building with Model Cities funds, for offices of the Bayview-Hunters Point Non-Profit Community Development Corporation, in conformity with the Master Plan.
