Change of occupancy to add b to existing m occupancy. no physical work. to include sale of beer and wine. all existing work under pa 2017-0214-9395.

Alter existing restroom to create ada code compliant bathroom. per planning code existing use grocery and liquor store. barrier removal. per planning code, existing use grocery and liquor store.
