Replace 13 windows & 2 patio doors, size for size, not visable from street with simonton double pane windows and u factor 0.40.

Unit a: remodel existing 2 story sfd located in mid block open space. remodel includes new kitchen and baths. new windows and doors new ground floor conditioned area. new interior stairs.

Rear building - remodel to existing 2 story include kitchen & baths @ 2nd floor, new windows & doors, new ground floor conditioned area including two new bedrooms & two baths, new interior stairs, remove exterior stairs @ rear.

Replace kitchen cabinets and countertop. remove old carpet and refinish existing floor and painting the walls.

Replace siding and window with vynal siding & windows on rear of building.

To repair existing stairs, (2 sets) like kind, repair in kind.
