The irregular 1,197-square-foot through lot to Market Street (25 feet on 18th Street, average depth 47.8 feet) held a non-conforming grocery store whose use was due to expire May 2, 1980. The City Planning Commission adopted a resolution removing the May 2, 1980 expiration date from the non-conforming grocery store, after deleting a proposed condition limiting its hours.
