Listed among the houses the builder John (or Jonathan) Anderson put up in Eureka Valley; the statement gives his signature detail as an urn of flowers at the outer edges of the second-storey wall beneath the gable. The statement is reconnaissance-level and says inclusion in it is not a judgement on a building's worthiness for preservation. It counts fourteen 1.5-storey end-gable dwellings with bay window and entry porch in the group and names it as a concentration of developer housing worth studying as a potential historic district.
