   Said to have been built before 1906 at Corbett and Clayton Streets and moved here on rollers by teamsters, by way of Clayton, Falcon (now Market), Nineteenth and Caselli. Sanborn maps show the lot vacant in 1914, so the move was probably between 1914 and 1922.

3. from about 1950

   Bought about 1950 by the family of Archie Green (1917–2009), a carpenter and shipwright who became a scholar of working-class culture and was instrumental in establishing the American Folklife Center at the Library of Congress, and his home for many years afterwards. He built an addition on it.
