The assessor gives 1900, but the house was advertised for sale in March 1895 and offered as new in September 1895. The record is not consistent about this building: dated 1892 in the project list; the narrative puts the move here at 1891. Three dates are on record and none of them agree: the assessor gives 1900, the house is advertised for sale here in March 1895 and offered new that September, and the 2017 Eureka Valley context statement dates it 1892 where it lists Charles Hinkel's work and 1891 where it recommends the landmarking.
