   An early Anshen + Allen duplex of 1940 on a steeply sloping site, shown in the 1949 San Francisco Museum of Art exhibition "Domestic Architecture of the San Francisco Bay Region". The rustic wood siding was later painted white and the terrace planted, but the building keeps its integrity.
