Reroofing - replacement of roofing system with asphalt shingles in kind, no other changes, ref. to permit application 201702239930.

Replace in kind, approx 14 ft of south property line wall due to dry rot and substantial construction. no plans req. additional work to 201004140277. to comply with inspector correction notice.

Amend permit #201001194912 to install foundation under first 16' of home and tie into concrete foundation undr rear section, see attached drawings.

To comply with complaint#200559783; replace front stairs in-kind wood framing treads, risers. provide code compliant guardrail @ front porched stairs. remove substandard footing along building front and replace with footing, stem wall & walkway.

Repair and rebuild upper and lower decks at back of existing building. relocate and upgrade rear exterior stair. add approx 200 sq ft to deck area.

Renew 9712955.

Remodel upstairs downstairs kitchens with new electric water.

Replace rear forch and 1/4 bath on each floor with a new.

Repair porch & stairs, repair or replace windows.
