Change 2 existing windows, repair water damaged finishes/plumbing fixtures in bathroom @ basement strage. no electrical or mechanical scope.

To remodel 1 kitchen in one unit. install new bathroom sink in two units'@ half bath. rewire both units in-kind. new sink to not impede egress or required toilet clearances.

Foundation reconstruction completed under permit application 201605167506. foundation work destroyed family room, kitchenette with new support beam. rebuilding family room/kitchen to code. address complaint, eid #201798614.

Remove existing posts & beams @ ground floor level & replace with new steel beam & columns. excavate approx 42 cy of soil. install new concrete retaining wall. reinforce partial foundation & install new 5" sog.

Revision to appl #2013.03.08.1789 - adding two 6 ft base board heaters below windows intwo bedrooms on top unit of building.

Replace kitchen sink & stove hood cabinet, new plumbing & eletrical connections, within exisitng kitchen no structural work, no lighting.

Retro fittin 8-windows, same size style & location with a paintable wood composite. visible from street, u-factor0.40.

Relocate sink, plumbing, lighting and new cabinets. no wall relocation. at least 50% high efficacy lighting by wattage.

Dry rot and beetle infestation at base of 2 rear walls. replace mudsill, damaged framing and siding. install foundation bolts at 2 rear walls only.

Replace existing stair at side (pre existing).

Reroofing.

Patch and stucco.
