Replace windows & sliding doors at rear of house, replace in-kind, not visible from the street.

To comply with nov# 202180843: add a new back deck in place of existing deck, new deck is timber, with timber steps donw to gravel landing.

Remodel existing lower level bathrooms. no structural work. all fixtures remain in existing locations. electrical & plumbing under separate permit. title 24 will be complied with.

Reroofing.

2nd floor remodel: remove portion of wall to interchange the den into a new kitchen and kitchen area into den. non structural bathroom upgrades and trim. kitchen remodel with new cabinets, island, & applicances. plumbing on separate permit.

Horizontal addition.

As built revisions to foundation & show sect of walls done.

Raise floors for termite repair.
