Changing 7 windows like for like - retrofit. (windows not located in the front).

Remove/replace rotten wood decking members in-kind from existing decks at 1/f & 3/f. decks are located at rear and not visible to public. repair/replace in kind less than 50%.

Reroofing.

Replace 5 side windows in kind- not street visible. waterproof. trim and paint.

Replace can lights that were damaged by water in both units. like in kind, same location. install insulation in exterior walls and ceiling. install sheetrock to all open framing in both units. double layer 5/8" type x between units on ceiling. install new cabinetry and reset all appliances and plum.

As built plans as revision to plans under app #9813444.

To remove existing plaster ceilings & wall surfaces.
