One of the best surviving early mixed-use buildings in Duboce Triangle: a two-storey corner building with commercial units below and a residential unit above, of the kind built on corner lots because they were visible and left room for a carriage house with street access at the rear. Christopher VerPlanck's context statement of 2022 surveyed 552 properties in Duboce Triangle for the Duboce Triangle Neighborhood Association. Dates it gives as “Ca.” are its own estimates.
