Duboce Triangle Historic Context Statement (2022)

Named as the statement's example of the two-and-a-half-storey Queen Anne flats that became the norm in Duboce Triangle in the 1890s, whose raised basement was used for storage but could be turned into another unit if the need arose. The statement prints the address as both 228–230 and 229–30 Noe Street. Christopher VerPlanck's context statement of 2022 surveyed 552 properties in Duboce Triangle for the Duboce Triangle Neighborhood Association.
