Reroofing. tear off roof down to original wood, flat roof, install new roof with s, a flintlastic self adhered system fire free. install new roof with landmark pro shingles (slope roof) 40 years.

Revisie p.a.#200903124003-2nd. flroor bathroom will not be remodeled, reduction of scope of work, top unit.

Revision to 200903124003: replace damaged wall and roof framing as indicated on floor plans. replace roofing of entire roof area. remove interior wall at level 2 as indicated on plan. extend e gr lvl deck to south prop line fence. deck is approx 6" above grade.

Removal of selected interior non-bearing walls, replace exterior doors & windows with insulated wood units, remodel kitchen & bathrooms at both floor levels, replace exterior wood stair with new stair, new french doors at both bedrooms.

Partial foundation replacement in garage only. approx 84 linear feet from brick to concrete.
