Replacing surface decking. replace existing non-conforming railing with feeney posts and stainless steel cables 3" 0/c. replace wood stairs with galvanized steel spiral stairway as convenience access to garden from 1 br ground floor unit (#5).

Support beam on rear stair landing show signs of early dry-rot so this will be replaced in-kind & in the same place with no changes or additions, using new lumber to comply with nov#200923662. 4x6x4 long.

Renew permit application 200704199163 for final inspection.

Add a 8' wide by 4' high opening between wall of () living room and existing kitchen.

Replace cabinets sink counter in kitchen replace fixtures in bathroom one unit only not moving doors walls windows and no structural.

Design & install fire sprinkler system for basement. floor unit only as per plan & city requirement.

Work on one unit. kitchen cabinets replaced in place in exist kitchen no change to partitions or windows.

New unit @ basement involving conversion of existing storage. minor remodel @ upstairs unit. combine top 2-units. sprinklers required in new unit e per nfpa13 basement & 3rd floor. new fire alarm on seperate permit.

Replace wood on rear stair landing. tongue&groove. no new construction or modification to exist.
