Administrative process to document number of unit count for existing building resulting from records review and site verification for 3r report dispute. no proposed work under this permit.

Lower unit: remodel existing kitchen & bathroom. convert existing bedroom 2 to suite, bathroom for primary bedroom. convert existing dining room to bedroom 2, add new closet and door. custom millwork throughout.

Widen existing garage opening, foundation work, framing for enlargement, existing opening too narrow for average vehicle.

Revision to permit application 2009.07.28.3642. per distric inspector request to show plans that reflect the kitchen, bathroom replacement work, and upgrade garage level girder and foundation improvements.

Installation of 1/2 cdx plywood at front building. rear of building has 3/4 plywood. revision to application 200909247597. total area of roof 1200 sq ft.

Reroofing (new roof rubber dibutin).

Make repairs for # 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 18, & 19 in the termite report dated 09-12-08 for 76 & 78 prosper st. by report # 087746.

To comply with nov #200901981.15% fire damage to top unit roof and exterior walls and cieling walls. lower level: 15% water damage to bathrooms, ceiling, kchn and walls.

Replace fire damage, replace post & plywood.

To replace front and rear egress stairs in kind.

Repair dry rot or termite work.
