Repair to 2 rotted posts, and 2 rotted beams on back deck, repair/replace in-kind, less than 50% structural work.

Reroofing.

Replace 3 vertical post and 1 4x12 beam on 2nd floor wood to be df#1. replace in kind. total replacement of strucure to be 50% total or less.

Replace 1 deck post due to dry rot. replace in kind. provide necessary shoring.

Add 2 electrical circuit for washer & a injection pump extend gas line 10' l.f. and add drainage & an injection pump.
