Add 2 electrical circuit for washer & a injection pump extend gas line 10' l.f. and add drainage & an injection pump.

Replace 1 deck post due to dry rot. replace in kind. provide necessary shoring.

Replace 3 vertical post and 1 4x12 beam on 2nd floor wood to be df#1. replace in kind. total replacement of strucure to be 50% total or less.

Reroofing.

Repair to 2 rotted posts, and 2 rotted beams on back deck, repair/replace in-kind, less than 50% structural work.

Replace (21) windows. street facing. no size change. material is wood alum clad. u factor <.30.

Siding repair, right side: approx 200 sq ft, replace with new wood, in kind. rear: approx 350 sq ft, replace with hardie plank. not visible from the street.

On west facing exterior wall of house, replace existing siding with hardie plank, approx 600ft visible from the street.
