One unit: widen doorway between kitchen and dining in one unit. replace window in kitchen in kind. repair dry rot in window frame in kitchen. revision to permit application: 202307242847. work not visbile to front of building.

Comply with nov#202541721 by reverting existing roof deck and garage to last condition per permit #200607123650. remove pergola, lattice additions and temp garage shoring. close off roof deck acces so deck is no longer used.
