The 18th Street, Danvers and Falcon intersection the house overlooks in the 1909 photograph was removed by the Market Street extension.

The assessor records 1908; the April 1906 photograph identifies the building already standing. The assessor's construction date of 1908 is later than the April 1906 photograph in which the building is identified; which is right has not been established. No sale is recorded on the current assessor roll.
