This building fixes two photographs in place. It stands on the skyline above the 1906 refugee camp, and again on the hill above the 18th Street, Danvers and Falcon intersection in 1909 — a corner the Market Street extension later removed.

Not yet documented: the builder and first owner. The assessor's construction date of 1908 is later than the April 1906 photograph in which the building is identified; which is right has not been established.
