One of eight parcels the evaluation surveyed intensively. H. Barker erected the house in 1937 and prepared its plans and specifications. It belongs with the Period Revival stucco-clad houses built on Wilder Street and Arlington Street late in that decade, and it fronted a two-lane road lined with houses where it now stands between a parking lot and new construction.
