Named as a two-story Spanish Eclectic residential-over-commercial building of 1917, keeping its shaped parapet, its full-width clay tile-clad awning on large wood brackets, and wood sills with tail-cut ends. The text prints the address as 664–670 Chenery Street and both photograph captions print it as 664–676; 664, 670 and 676 are three separate parcels. Recorded in the reconnaissance survey of 110 parcels but not evaluated individually; buildings the evaluation did not evaluate are treated as potential historical resources pending further project-level study. The evaluation examined the commercial core at Diamond and Chenery as a potential historic district and found it did not qualify; the city's current record puts this parcel in the California Register-eligible Glen Park Center Historic District.
