Fire only review for permit application 201204107978 s/s1. orig scope of work was change of use s2 to e occup but not routed to fire. this permit is to give fire an opportunity to review s1 & mechanical. fire will concur with dbi if no changes are reqd, also ref permit application 201207255736.

Fire alarm and notification. 4 sd, 2 pull stations, 2 interior hs (1h 1st), exterior (2 hs). provide ul certification.
