At basement elevation-voluntary strengthening of approx 30 sq ft existing cripple wall with new 2x blocking on existing mudsill between cripple studs fastened w new 5/8" diameter bolt at 6' o.c. new plywood brand panels, 5" embedded in existing concrete wall. with new 1/2" ply braced panel, with 8d.

One unit: relocate existing water heater and remodel existing bathroom, removing bathtub and creating new shower area.

Rear building: one unit-c: remodel existing 1-kitchen and 1-bathroom in kind. rear stair repair <50%.

Front building: 58 (a) remodel existing 1-kitchen and 1-bathroom inkind. repair rear stair, under 50%.

Expand one existing at front structure (one unit) down to basement level. existing 1st floor & basement to be remodeled exterior work limited to rear of front structure at 1st & basement level. no work to facade or other buildings in lot.

Create new bathroom at unit and alter kitchen layout. no work to exterior or other units in building.

Expanding one existing unit at rear structure existing basement and garage to be remodeled and incorporated to the existing unit located at 2nd level.

Install new 1/2" cdx 5 ply exterior glue plywood to code, nail 3"x.131 steel nails over existing 1x skip sheathing sand all edges on existingn rafters & add 1x fir strips as needed.

Reroofing.

Comply with nov 200925202, to remove stairway to roof (not a 2nd means of exit) unoccupied roof, no roof deck.
