Reface existing sign, 50 sq ft.

Reface existing awning, 6 sq ft.

Removal of sauna and steam room wall in men's shower room non-load bearing partial ht wall. 4 new showers, 2 accessible roll-in showers. finish upgrades in wet areas and shower rooms. n/a for the maher ordinance #155-13.

Replace e food service equipment, new front service counter, replace e light fixtures, new flooring and wall finishes. upgrade e electrical and plumbing to code as req maher not req. existing hvac system to remain.

Renew permit application 8819017, 9207545, 9608418 to schedule final inspections.

Renew 9610210 and 9704171 for final inspetion.

To renew expired permit application 09623266 & 09701776 previously approved for a final inspection all work is complete.

Remove and replace existing fire alarm panel and devices on existing f/a system. 60 devices total.
