Front building: existing stairs & brige from existing front house to the existing rear house to be waterproofed & refinished. the existing bridge structure is to remain. only new drainage, water proofing, deck, & guardrails are proposed. stairs rebuilt in kind.

Revision to previous permit permit application 202509256084, the existing legal bedroom has 7'4" ceiling height due to sagging and changing the name from "bedroom" to "legal non conforming bedroom". (ref permit: 8708720).

Front building: rebuild the existing deck within the same perimeter as existing and structurally reinforce it.

Interior remodel of the lower unit, including remodel of staircase from level 1 to level 2.

(front building) modification and replacement of existing side and rear windows at the lower and level 1 (one unit). windows will be replaced with new wood fixed and casement windows. existing wood fixed and casement windows. new windows minic existing windows. replacement of siding in kind where impacted fur out.

Demolition of fireplaces and chimneys in both units. replace one with a gas fireplace insert (1). not visible from the street. front building.

Rear building: in kind 5x8 bathroom remodel. remove existing tub and replace shower. replace toilet, vanity. all work is in the rear.

Replace (10) windows with same size & style, front & side windows will be all wood with og lug. u<=0.30 10 wood windows.

Reroofing.

Repairs as per h.r. wellington report #874948, item #4a, 11d, 11e & 11f. see attached termite report.

Remove tile and concrete form front steps & replace in kind per app #20032293110.

Add a 2nd skylight to the roof (rev. to 9910573).

Renew 9910573 underground utilites installed previously.

To renew permit#09819269s1 & 2000/06/16/2927 for remaining work.

Revision to permit application 9819268.

Horizontal addition.

Repor. dry rot, garage, roof leaks, weathberprf. exterior.

Vertical addition.

Install bedroom, bathroom/washer & dryer in basement.

Revision to application 8924550.

For final inspection under appli #8806853.

Renew expired permit #8819752.

Remove some basement posts and install new steel beam.

Remove existing kitchen appliances and cabinets.
