Install 4" perferated pipe behind retaining wall on first floor and connect to existing drain outside.

Perform repairs as per termite report #58521-r1, items #1a-2a-2b-5b-5c, 5f only.

Underpin section of north footing 3' high 12' long, width of footing. to matach new retain wall of adjacent property, built as part of new garage construction.

Relocate door at basemt level & add window structural additn.
