Install temporary shoring to support existing building facade above and perform excavation sequencing below at locations shown on sh2.0 to allow excavation for residential remodel and addition. ref 202504174627.

Scope of work includes expanding one unit from 2nd fl to the 1st floor & reconfiguring it with 2 beds & two & 1/2 baths, kitchen, dining, library, & living areas, one unit reconfigured with 2 beds, 3 baths, kitchen & dining room with roof deck & yard access stair, one story rear horizontal addition.

Remove and replace gypsum board/sheet rock for exploratory demolition. in kind replacement.

Repair of wood deck railing, siding repair & paint at back of building. less than 50%.

Install a sliding door in rear of house in the kitchen.

Install water retainer to deck.
