Fire alarm drawing revision to match as-built installation as required by the sffd testing inspector. one smoke detector was added, 3 horn/strobes and 2 strobes were replaced with synchronized units. ref app#201311202436.

Commercial reroofing / no tear off / no resheet / install 660sq, 60mil tpo (firestone building products). flat metal roof, complies with min. aged reflect 0.63, min thermal point 0.75.

Install 1 electric "san francisco spca" single faced wall sign.

Install 1 non electric single faced sign "caroline's park".

Install 3 non electric single faced directional wall signs.

Remove and replace with new: boilers, hhw pumps, boiler flue, how water piping and valves, install new mechanical combustion air fan, hhw buffer tank, and flue gas fan.

Revision to permit application 201810021939; delete handwritten note regarding an existing fire sprinkler system (discovered does not exist) add notes showing room construction is fire rated adn existing duct is fire wrapped per cbc 509.4.

Fire sprinlker permit delete one sidewall and 1 upright sprinkler from the bottom and top of the elevator shaft. based on approved sffd letter date 05-17-2024.
