Bathroom remodel-keep existing tub, install new lavi, toilet, exhaust fan, sheet rock, tile + paint. laundry remodel-check plumbing + update as required, check electrical + update as required-new sheetrock tile etc.

Minor revision to #8818393, change height of retaining wall.
