Replace 1200 sq ft of wood siding, like for like on left side @ back. replace all fixture in all 4 bathrooms like for like. provide fluorescent light or "manual on" occupancy sensors.

Replace all windows in each unit (4 units) building same location same size. 40 windows. no change on property line window. replace 2 garage doors in in kind. replace doors in building all door in kind, 20 doors total interior to unit & front doors 4' total only.

To comply with nov# 200727699. reroofing.

Install baseboard wall heaters in one unit a total 3 in one unit-a total3 electric.

Repair wood damage on exterior rear stairway to comply with nov#200561134 item 1 & 2.

Abate stairway & repair per complaint#200117589.stairway repair at rear of building not to exceed 50% re.

Complete & remedy problems in routine inspection.
