1. 1927

   Designed by Douglas D. Stone of Stone & Mulloy for the Marian Realty Company, at the corner of Fillmore Street. A run of garage doors on the side elevation gave several tenants a private garage each, and the building is one of the few French Renaissance Revival apartment buildings in the city.
