   Built as an industrial building, recorded as occupied by Reed Candy. Built by O'Brien Brothers. The survey is unsure between the builders O’Brien Brothers and Wilbur E. Puegh.

   A three-storey poured-concrete building, equipped with a sprinkler system, covered the entire site. The City Planning Commission approved, with seven conditions, automobile dismantling and used-parts storage entirely inside the existing three-storey concrete building.
