A one-story Italianate house at the rear of the lot, little changed apart from the shingles later added to its front. Its cornice is molded without brackets, and fluted triglyphs sit between the panels of the frieze just below it.

Shingled flats by the architects Wright, Rushforth and Cahill, built by the contractor N. A. Trubeck at the front of a lot that already held an older cottage.

A caption on p. 27 prints this building as "1263-1267 Larkin Street"; pp. 19, 28 and 35 print 1263-1267 Lombard. The report does not reconcile them. Appendix I p. 10 gives these 1908 flats the number 1257-1259 Lombard, which is the number the same appendix gives on p. 15 to the 1904-1905 flats on the next lot east, and heads the profile 1257-1261 Lombard. Not yet documented: the architect and builder, the early residents and the date of the last recorded sale. Submit an update
