    A one-story Italianate house at the rear of the lot, little changed apart from the shingles later added to its front. Its cornice is molded without brackets, and fluted triglyphs sit between the panels of the frieze just below it.

Appendix I p. 10 gives these 1908 flats the number 1257-1259 Lombard, which is the number the same appendix gives on p. 15 to the 1904-1905 flats on the next lot east, and heads the profile 1257-1261 Lombard.
