   G. Albert Lansburgh was preparing plans for a reinforced concrete hotel here for the C. Meyer Estate company.

   The contract was let for a four-storey reinforced concrete hotel of 100 rooms over four stores, 80 ft on Sixth and 100 ft on Minna, costing $57,000, with Beach & Heffernan as constructing engineers; a Seattle hotel man took a ten-year lease.
