Sffd only: revision to fa, elev landing & 2-way comm sys permit application 201912230270-s10. corrected matrix of operations to match field conditions & bom with correct counts of field conditions. added field devices on 1/f per as-built. relocated eol resistors on 2/fthru 16/f & modified riser, calcs to match eol.

Build out all gender restroom 143 & 144 for retail spaces including plumbing fixtures, lighting & restroom accessories(ref#201912230270s).

Retrofit installation of (3) screens and (1) gate along the building's tehama street facing townhouses & building exit; 1 gate and screen to be retrofit at bike room entrance within building interior for security; new gates will have panic bars and closers.

1202: comply with nov 202535469 and 202533497. install 10 lf of new cabinets (lower) + 26 sq ft of new countertop. following existing layout. no plumbing alterations. replace exhaustfan in bathroom, includes relocating existing wiring. replace drywall at areas where removed. no exterior work.
