1. 1907

   Built to a design by architects Myers & O'Brien as a four-storey brick masonry commercial building with a one-storey storage area at the rear facing Stevenson Street.

   Connected internally to 931 Market Street and the two façades unified with Art Deco influences by architect Otto A. Deichmann, for the National Dollar Store. The rear façades of both buildings keep their brick cladding, including intricate roofline corbelling and a large infilled arch at the rear of this one.
