   During the Second World War the Pepsi-Cola Center for Service Men and Women operated here at the corner of Mason, offering free showers, barbers, banking, lounges and dormitory beds to military personnel.

3. 1975

   The Bay Area Feminist Federal Credit Union, the first financial institution in San Francisco owned by women, operated from suite 616 here from 1975 until 1979.

4. 1977

   The Sandigan Newcomer Service Center moved here and shared offices with two Filipino legal and employment organisations. West Bay Pilipino Multi-Services Corporation was formed at this address in October 1977 as a merger of several Filipino service agencies, and the Filipino Youth Coordinating Council took offices here the same year, alongside the Pilipino Legal Defense Fund.
