Completed as the Dimasalang House, a HUD-funded joint venture between the Tenants and Owners Development Corporation and the Filipino fraternal organization Caballero de Dimasalang, which lobbied at the same time to rename the surrounding streets — Bonifacio, Lapu Lapu, Mabini and Rizal — after historic Filipino figures. It carries the Lipi Ni Lapu Lapu mural on its north side.

Like for like voluntary sys replacement with new control panel at same location on 1st floor. replace exist 10 smokes, 23 pull stations with new at the same location. due to modernization of one elev install 3 relay modules for elev recall, remain existing bells @ their orig location & will be tie-in new panel.
