The Parkside context statement records the deed conditions and the construction permit for the house here in 1920; the assessor dates the building on this parcel to 1918. The 1920 deed conditions for this house required a building costing at least $2,500, while the permit taken out for the construction put its value at $1,500. Which figure the finished building answered to is not recorded.
