1. 1907

   Built as the St. Cloud Lodgings, stores and rooming house with 33 rooms and 4 baths, to the design of the architects Charles Paff and Company. Two storeys over a basement, brick structure with cast iron pilasters (Phoenix Iron Company) and galvanized iron cornice, two-part commercial composition, Renaissance/Baroque ornamentation.
