Reroofing.

To comply with ordinance 029-13 only; installation of grab bars in sro at the following location: public restrooms, min load rating 250 lbs.

Replace 5 doors (smoke enclosure doors) to comply with complaint 201524821, line #5, replace in kind.; maher n/a.

Replace doors and windows for 60 units remove awining in front of building replace all street facing windows above first floor with double hung wood windows with ogee lugs.

Add electrical outlets in all rooms, 60 total. install tiles in front of common bathroom on 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors.

Demolition exisiting front entrance door, existing ramp & floor at entrance. construct platform & ada lift. construct a new glass wal & door at entrance. install replacement floor at entrance, remove entrance gate. maher n/a.

One unit - kitchen upgrade. change base cabinets to stainless steel. replace old sink with new one.

G/f restaurant: minor repair only, no structural work, no wall modification, install new 220 outlet, gas connection for appliance, repair damaged walls (approx 10 sq ft.), replace damaged tiles (approx 10 tiles).
